About Fabrics
1. Are fabrics sold by the meter?
Yes, all fabrics are cut by the meter according to the quantity you choose. You can order as much as you need for your project - from a smaller cut to a larger quantity.
2. What is the minimum order quantity?
The minimum cutting quantity is 0.5 meters, unless otherwise specified for a specific fabric.
3. Can the actual color differ from the one you see on your screen?
Sometimes yes, different screen settings can slightly change the shade, but we try to present the photos as realistic as possible.
4. Do you offer fabric samples?
We do not currently offer fabric samples. If you have any questions about the thickness, drape or composition of the fabric - feel free to contact us, we will be happy to advise you.
5. Can fabrics shrink after washing?
Some natural fabrics (e.g. cotton or linen) may shrink slightly, so we recommend washing the fabric before sewing.

6. Do you help choose the right threads or needles?
Of course! If you are in doubt about which threads or needles would be best for your fabric - write to us, we will help you choose.
7. Are your products suitable for both beginners and professionals?
Yes! We offer quality tools for both the first steps of sewing and more serious projects.
Delivery
8. How long does it take to ship an order?
We prepare and ship orders within 1-3 business days. We try to make your sewing ideas a reality as soon as possible!
9. Do you ship abroad?
Yes, we ship to EU countries. If you do not find your country in the delivery options - contact us.
10. How much does delivery cost?
The delivery cost depends on the chosen method and the size of the shipment – you will see it before confirming the order.

11. What payment methods are available?
You can pay by electronic banking, bank transfer – choose the method most convenient for you.
12. Is payment safe?
Yes, we use reliable and secure payment systems.
Returns
13. Can fabrics/tapes be returned?
Since fabrics and tapes are cut individually according to the quantity you ordered, they cannot be returned (except in cases where the product is defective).
14. What should I do if I received an unsuitable or defective product?
We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, please contact us within 2 business days of receiving the shipment and send photos – together we will find the best solution.
15. Can other items be returned?
Yes, items can be returned within 14 calendar days, provided that the packaging is intact and unused.
