This is a standard S7 spiral zipper slider, designed for smooth and convenient opening and closing of the zipper.
The slider is compatible with S7 type spiral zipper tape.
This slider is non-locking, which means it does not have a mechanism to secure the zipper in a fixed position. As a result, the zipper moves freely in both directions and does not lock automatically – it stays in place only due to fabric tension or friction. Such sliders are commonly used in products where locking is not necessary, such as pockets, bags, or lightweight garments.
In many cases, if a zipper starts to jam or function poorly, simply replacing the slider is enough to restore smooth operation, making it work like new again.
